Question: What is the main message (thesis) of the documentary? Do you agree or disagree with this message?
I think the main message of this documentary was to show Facebook users what you do in the past can effect you in the future. Photos on social media show a strong understanding of who you really are and that is released to all of your friends and family members. I think its better to make sure no bad pictures get released to social media just so you don't take that risk of someone seeing it. I think another main message that came across to me was that on these’s social media sites you provide valuable information and you don't really realize it. A Professional hacker could get into your Facebook page and post weird things and they also could find out where you live, how old you are and find you family members on Facebook because your Facebook friends. Then the hacker could sell your information or rob items from your house since they know your personal information. I personally do agree with the message that was represented in the documentary because people don’t think before they post and they also don’t think that the information that they provide on these’s social media sites can be accessed by other people and thats how people hack your accounts and get information about you. Basically what you post on social media could effect you in the future and your life so its better to not be doing those things that would get you in trouble or just make sure they don’t get put out there.
